1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions governing the use of the EXODE service (hereinafter "the Service"), published by AMESIA EURL, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
Registration and use of the Service imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
EXODE is a desktop application (Electron) that enables content creators and their managers to centralize the management of their accounts on the OnlyFans, Fansly and MYM platforms.
The Service offers, among others, the following features:
- Multi-platform management: simultaneous connection and management of creator accounts on OnlyFans, Fansly and MYM from a unified interface.
- Centralized messaging: reading, drafting and sending messages to subscribers directly from the application.
- Media management: viewing, organizing and sending content (photos, videos) on the connected platforms.
- Statistics and analytics: visualization of performance, revenue and engagement metrics of connected accounts.
- AI Assistant: message suggestions generated by artificial intelligence to assist communication with subscribers ("AI Copilot" feature).
- Team management: ability to add employees to manage creator accounts.
EXODE does not take any commission on the revenue generated by creators on third-party platforms.
3. Access Conditions
Access to the Service is reserved for persons meeting the following conditions:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have an active creator account on at least one of the supported platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM).
- Register by providing a valid email address and a password.
- Accept these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy.
The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided upon registration and undertakes to keep it up to date.
4. User Account
Each user has a personal account protected by a password. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out under their account.
Only one EXODE account is permitted per natural or legal person. In the event of suspected multiple accounts, EXODE reserves the right to suspend or delete the accounts concerned.
The user undertakes to immediately inform EXODE in the event of unauthorized use of their account or any security breach, at the address support@exode.ai.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Sessions
5.1 Access Authorization
In order to function, the Service requires the user to log in to their creator accounts on the supported third-party platforms directly within the application. By logging in, the user expressly grants EXODE permission to access their accounts on these platforms on their behalf, exclusively for the purpose of operating the Service.
This authorization covers in particular: reading and sending messages, viewing statistics, managing media, viewing subscribers and transactions. The user may revoke this authorization at any time by logging out of the relevant platform within the application.
5.2 Storage of Sessions
Login sessions are stored locally on the user's device, in isolated partitions of the application. EXODE does not store the passwords of third-party platforms on its servers. Session cookies and tokens are encrypted and isolated per platform.
5.3 License over Transiting Content
The user grants EXODE a non-exclusive, limited, revocable and free license to process, display and transmit the content (messages, media, data) that transits through the Service exclusively for the purpose of its operation. This license ends as soon as the platform account is disconnected or the EXODE account is deleted. By exception, the media exchanged via the Telegram messaging module (photos, videos, voice messages), including those sent by subscribers, are cached on the Service's hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) in order to ensure their display and reuse within the conversation. This cache is retained for the period necessary for the display and operation of the Service within the relevant conversation. EXODE does not retain, reuse or redistribute any other user content outside the operational scope of the Service.
5.4 Non-Affiliation Clause
EXODE is in no way affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed or sponsored by Fenix International Limited (OnlyFans), Select Media LLC (Fansly), or 2Ares / MYM.fans. These services and names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to these platforms within the Service or this documentation is made for purely descriptive purposes.
5.5 Risk Related to Third-Party Platforms
The user acknowledges and accepts that:
- Third-party platforms may modify, restrict or discontinue their services, APIs or terms of use at any time and without notice, which may partially or totally affect the operation of the Service.
- The use of third-party management tools such as EXODE may be contrary to the terms of use of certain platforms. The user is solely responsible for verifying that their use complies with the terms of each platform.
- The use of the Service may result in the suspension, restriction or deletion of the user's account on a third-party platform. EXODE disclaims all liability in the event of sanctions imposed by third-party platforms.
- EXODE does not guarantee permanent compatibility with third-party platforms, nor the availability, accuracy or completeness of the data retrieved from these platforms.
5.6 Platform Liability Disclaimer
IN NO EVENT SHALL EXODE BE HELD LIABLE for loss of revenue, loss of subscribers, suspension or deletion of a platform account, or any other direct or indirect harm resulting from:
- Changes made by third-party platforms to their services or terms of use;
- Moderation or sanction decisions taken by third-party platforms;
- Service interruptions, outages or errors of third-party platforms;
- The user's use of the Service in violation of a third-party platform's terms of use.
5.7 Telegram Media and Storage
The Telegram messaging module processes two categories of media:
- Media imported by the user into their library (photos, videos, voice messages) are stored on the Service's hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare R2). Photos may be watermarked. These media are subject to logical deletion at the user's request, followed by a permanent purge within 30 days.
- Media exchanged in conversations, including those sent by subscribers (fans), are cached on this same infrastructure in order to ensure their display. These media are retained for the period necessary for the display and operation of the Service within the relevant conversation.
The user acknowledges being responsible for informing and, where applicable, obtaining the consent of the subscribers whose media transit through and are cached by the Service, in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. AI Feature
The Service integrates an artificial intelligence assistant ("AI Copilot") that can generate message suggestions intended for subscribers.
The conditions of use of this feature are as follows:
- The AI suggestions are provided "as is", for guidance only.
- The user must imperatively review and validate each message before sending it. The user remains solely responsible for the content of the messages sent.
- If the user uses the AI to communicate with subscribers, they must inform their fans that they may interact with an automated assistant, in accordance with applicable transparency regulations.
- EXODE does not guarantee the relevance, accuracy or suitability of the suggestions generated by the AI.
7. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws and regulations.
- Not disseminate, via the Service, any illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing content or content infringing the rights of third parties.
- Ensure that any content disseminated via the Service exclusively involves persons who are of legal age and have given their consent.
- Comply with the terms of use of third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM) when using the Service.
- Not attempt to circumvent the security measures of the Service, carry out reverse engineering, decompile or disassemble the software.
- Not use the Service for purposes of spam, fraud or abusive automation.
8. Team Management and Creator / Employee Relationship
8.1 EXODE's Role
EXODE provides a technical tool enabling creators to invite collaborators (hereinafter "employees") to manage their accounts on third-party platforms. EXODE acts exclusively as the provider of the technical platform.
EXODE is in no way:
- Employer of the employees — no relationship of subordination exists between EXODE and the employees;
- Recruitment or matchmaking agency — the creator is solely responsible for the selection, verification and supervision of their collaborators;
- Agent of the creator or the employee — EXODE does not participate in any management, content or communication decision.
8.2 Creator's Responsibility
The creator who invites an employee to access their accounts via EXODE is solely and entirely responsible for:
- The selection, identity verification and reliability of their collaborators;
- The definition of the access rights and permissions granted to each employee;
- All content sent from their account, including the messages, media and interactions carried out by their employees;
- Compliance by their employees with the terms of use of third-party platforms and applicable legislation;
- The contractual relationship (employment contract, service contract, NDA) with their collaborators;
- The remuneration of their employees — EXODE does not intervene in the financial agreements between creators and employees.
8.3 Liability Disclaimer for Employees' Acts
EXODE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY in the event of:
- Theft or leak of content: an employee who copies, captures, downloads or disseminates without authorization the creator's content or the fans' data;
- Financial fraud: an employee who manipulates prices, diverts revenue or carries out unauthorized transactions;
- Harassment or abuse: an employee who sends inappropriate, harassing or illegal messages to fans or subscribers;
- Identity impersonation: an employee who deceptively impersonates the creator;
- Violation of platform terms: an employee whose actions result in the suspension or banning of the creator's account on a third-party platform;
- Dispute between creator and employee: any disagreement relating to remuneration, working conditions or the termination of the collaboration.
The creator acknowledges that the provision of a team management tool by EXODE in no way constitutes a guarantee, supervision or control of the employees' actions.
8.4 Fans' Data Accessible to Employees
When the creator grants access to an employee, the latter may potentially view the messages, media and information of the fans. The creator is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR for the data of their fans and undertakes to:
- Ensure that their employees respect the confidentiality of the fans' data;
- Put in place the necessary confidentiality agreements with their collaborators;
- Inform their fans, where applicable, that third parties may access their messages as part of the management of the account.
9. Protection of Minors and Adult Content — Zero Tolerance
9.1 Nature of the Service and Responsibility of the Platforms
EXODE is a management tool that allows connection to existing accounts on third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM). EXODE does not allow the creation of accounts on these platforms, does not store content on its servers and does not carry out any identity or age verification — this responsibility lies with the third-party platforms themselves, which have their own verification procedures (KYC, identity verification, content moderation).
Nevertheless, EXODE applies a policy of ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE regarding any content involving minors. This policy is non-negotiable, without exception and without prior warning.
Any content representing, suggesting or involving a minor in a sexual, erotic, suggestive or degrading context is strictly prohibited, whether such content is real, simulated, AI-generated, drawn, animated or of any other nature.
9.2 User Obligations
By using the Service, the user declares, warrants and undertakes that:
- They are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country of residence);
- Every person appearing in the content managed, disseminated or transiting via the Service is at least 18 years old at the time of creation of the content;
- They hold verifiable proof of age (identity document, passport) of each person appearing in their content, in accordance with applicable legal obligations (notably 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the United States);
- They hold the explicit written consent of each person appearing in their content;
- No content disseminated via the Service involves, represents or suggests in any way whatsoever a minor;
- They do not use the Service to solicit, collect or share personal information of minors;
- Any employee or collaborator with access to the account complies with the same obligations.
9.3 Immediate Sanction Measures
In the event of a proven or suspected violation of this section, EXODE will take immediately and without notice the following measures:
- Immediate and permanent suspension of the user's account and all associated accounts;
- Preservation of evidence (logs, metadata, captures) for the purpose of cooperation with the authorities;
- Reporting to the competent authorities, in particular:
- France: PHAROS (Platform for Harmonization, Analysis, Cross-referencing and Orientation of Reports) and the Minors Office (OFMIN);
- United States: NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) via the CyberTipline;
- United Kingdom: IWF (Internet Watch Foundation);
- International: INTERPOL (ICSE database) and any competent authority of the user's country of residence.
- No refund of the prepaid balance;
- Permanent ban on creating a new account on EXODE;
- Disclosure of the user's information (identity, IP address, connection logs) to the authorities without the need for a prior court order, within the limits authorized by law.
9.4 Reporting Obligation
The user undertakes to immediately report to EXODE any content potentially involving a minor of which they become aware in the course of using the Service, at the address support@exode.ai with the subject [URGENT — MINOR REPORT].
Failure by a user to report manifestly illegal content involving a minor constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may give rise to the same sanctions as those provided for in section 9.3.
9.5 Non-Consensual Content
Any content disseminated without the consent of the persons depicted is also strictly prohibited, including "revenge porn", the unauthorized dissemination of intimate images, or any content relating to the exploitation or trafficking of human beings. The same sanctions as those provided for in section 9.3 apply.
9.6 International Legal Compliance
The user undertakes to comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of minors and adult content, including without limitation:
- France: Penal Code (art. 227-23 et seq.), LCEN;
- European Union: Directive 2011/93/EU on combating the sexual abuse of children, Digital Services Act (DSA);
- United States: 18 U.S.C. § 2251-2260 (sexual exploitation of children), 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (record-keeping), FOSTA-SESTA;
- United Kingdom: Online Safety Act 2023;
- Any other legislation applicable in the user's country of residence.
9.7 Disclaimer and Indemnification
The user indemnifies EXODE against any claim, prosecution, sanction or conviction resulting from illegal content disseminated via the Service. The user undertakes to fully indemnify EXODE for any harm, including legal costs, fines and damages, resulting from a violation of this section.
This indemnification obligation is unlimited and applies without cap, by way of derogation from article 17 of these Terms.
10. Availability of the Service
EXODE endeavors to keep the Service accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, EXODE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and does not commit to any service level (SLA).
The Service may be temporarily interrupted for reasons of maintenance, updates, technical failure or force majeure. EXODE endeavors to notify users in the event of a scheduled interruption.
EXODE cannot be held liable for the consequences of a service interruption, including loss of revenue, unsent messages or temporarily unavailable data.
11. Force Majeure
EXODE cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including in particular:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism;
- Failures of Internet, electricity or telecommunications infrastructure;
- Failure of hosting providers (Cloudflare) or third-party platforms;
- Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks or security breaches affecting the infrastructure;
- Governmental, legislative or regulatory decisions making the performance of the Service impossible.
In the event of force majeure lasting more than 90 consecutive days, each party may terminate these Terms without compensation. The user will receive a pro rata refund of the balance of their prepaid account.
12. Intellectual Property
The EXODE application, its source code, its user interface, its algorithms, its documentation and all of its software components are the exclusive property of the publisher. The user benefits only from a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for the duration of their subscription to the Service.
The user retains all intellectual property rights over the content they create or manage via the Service (messages, photos, videos, etc.). EXODE claims no rights over this content and does not use it for its own purposes.
13. Personal Data
The processing of users' personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Pricing and Payment

| 60,000 - 75,000 | EUR 339 |
| More than 75,000 | EUR 429 |
If the user's balance is insufficient at the time of the monthly deduction, access to the Service will be suspended until the balance is recharged.
15. Free Trial
EXODE offers a free trial period of 3 days from the creation of the account. During this period, the user may connect a single creator account (1 profile on OnlyFans, Fansly or MYM).
At the end of the trial period, the user must recharge their balance to continue using the Service. The transition to paid mode is automatic: without recharging the balance, access to the Service is suspended.
The free trial is limited to a single use per person and per email address.
16. Refund
Balance recharges are in principle non-refundable, the balance being consumable and used progressively.
In the event of permanent closure of the account by the user, the remaining unconsumed balance may be refunded on a pro rata basis, upon request sent to support@exode.ai, subject to deduction of the amounts already committed for the current month.
In the event of suspension of the account for non-compliance with the Terms, no refund will be granted.
17. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
EXODE does not guarantee:
- The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
- Permanent compatibility with third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM), whose interfaces may evolve independently of EXODE.
- The generation of specific revenue or results through the use of the Service.
- The accuracy of the suggestions generated by the AI assistant.
In any event, EXODE's total liability towards the user, for all causes combined, is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the last 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or to EUR 500, whichever is higher.
EXODE cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm or loss of opportunities.
18. Suspension and Termination
18.1. By EXODE
EXODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice or compensation, in the event of:
- Non-compliance with these Terms.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
- Dissemination of illegal content.
- Non-payment or insufficient balance after formal notice.
18.2. By the User
The user may terminate their account at any time by sending a request to support@exode.ai. Termination takes effect immediately. The remaining balance may be refunded under the conditions provided for in article 16.
19. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the user has a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
However, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the Service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance began with the user's prior express agreement, the user having expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the user may contact EXODE at the address support@exode.ai.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties will endeavor to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of the publisher, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provision (notably regarding territorial jurisdiction for consumers).
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, the user may resort to the mediation service of their choice. The list of approved mediators is available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
21.1 Prior Negotiation
Before initiating any formal procedure, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute through an amicable negotiation of a minimum duration of 30 days. The complaining party must send a written notification to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution.
21.2 Mandatory Arbitration
FOR USERS RESIDING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA): Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Service will be resolved by binding and final arbitration, administered in accordance with the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator, in French or English at the claimant's choice, and the arbitral award will be final and binding on the parties.
The seat of arbitration will be fixed at the registered office of the publisher. The cost of arbitration will be shared equally between the parties, unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
FOR USERS RESIDING IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA): This arbitration clause does not apply to users qualifying as consumers within the meaning of European Union law. These users retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of their place of residence in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis). Professional users (agencies, companies) residing in the EEA are subject to the arbitration clause above.
21.3 Waiver of Class Actions
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: The parties agree that any dispute will be resolved individually. The user waives their right to participate in a class action, a group action, or any consolidated proceeding.
This waiver does not apply where the mandatory law of the user's country of residence prohibits it, notably for consumers residing in the EEA.
21.4 Limitation Period
Any claim or legal action relating to the Service must be initiated within a period of one (1) year from the occurrence of the triggering event, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provision.
22. Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EXODE, its officers, employees, subcontractors and partners against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from or related to:
- The user's use of the Service;
- The user's violation of these Terms;
- The user's violation of any third-party right;
- The content published or disseminated by the user via the Service;
- Any use of the AI features without prior review.
For consumers residing in the EEA: This indemnification clause applies only to the extent that the damage results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the user.
23. AI Non-Liability
The Service integrates artificial intelligence ("AI") features providing message and interaction suggestions. The user acknowledges and accepts that:
- The suggestions generated by the AI are provided for guidance only and "as is", without warranty of accuracy, relevance or suitability;
- The user is solely responsible for the review, validation and sending of any content generated or suggested by the AI;
- The user must inform their interlocutors (fans, subscribers) when using AI features to communicate, in accordance with best practices and applicable regulations;
- EXODE disclaims all liability regarding the consequences of the use of AI suggestions, including loss of revenue, reputational harm or disputes with third parties;
- The data processed by the AI features may transit through third-party providers. EXODE ensures that these providers comply with adequate security and confidentiality standards.
24. Severability Clause
If one or more provisions of these Terms are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions retain their full force and effect. The invalidated provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original intention of the parties.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any special conditions accepted by the user constitute the entire agreement between the user and EXODE relating to the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreement, written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
26. Modification of the Terms
EXODE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by email or in-app notification at least 15 days before the new conditions come into force.
Continued use of the Service after the expiry of the notification period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If the user refuses the new conditions, they may terminate their account in accordance with article 18.2.
